Thank you for choosing Southern Dental Arts (SDA) for your dental restoration needs. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. This warranty agreement outlines the coverage and process for addressing any concerns with your restoration.

1. Warranty Coverage SDA warrants that its restorations are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the following products:

  • Zirconia Restorations
  • PMMA Restorations
  • Other custom restorations provided by SDA

2. Warranty Period The warranty period for each product will be determined based on material type and will be specified in the accompanying documentation. Please refer to the list below for exact coverage details. The warranty period for each product begins on the date the product was delivered to the restorative provider. This date will be provided by SDA upon each delivery of a final product.

  • Short term appliances: including but not limited to splints, immediate dentures, temporary hybrid denture teeth, milled nightguards, essix trays – 6 months
  • Final prosthetics made with PMMA: including but not limited to final PMMA hybrid dentures, bar over bar restorations – 3 years
  • Final prosthetics made with Zirconia: including but not limited to final Zirconia hybrid dentures – 5 years

3. Exclusions This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Improper storage or handling.
  • Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than SDA.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Failure resulting from improper installation or patient misuse.

4. Making a Warranty Claim To initiate a warranty claim, please:

  1. Contact SDA at [contact information] with a description of the issue.
  2. Provide the original case documentation and proof of purchase.
  3. Return the product for evaluation if requested.

Once the product is evaluated, SDA will determine if the claim falls under warranty. If it does, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. If not, we will provide a detailed explanation.

5. Limitations This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the restoration. SDA is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

6. Additional Terms This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchasing dental practice.
